Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate creative projects from initial brief to final delivery.
Clarify project scope, priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes with stakeholders.
Coordinate designers, content creators, marketers, and other contributors to keep work on track.
Monitor deadlines, identify risks early, and communicate project status clearly.
Review deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment with the brief.
Support smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners when needed.
Requirements
Experience managing creative or cross-functional projects.
Strong planning, organization, stakeholder communication skills, and teamwork.
Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple deliverables at once.
Attention to detail and focus on quality.
Confident working on-site in a full-time day-shift role.
