I advise housing cooperatives across northern Germany on heat-pump retrofit feasibility and building-level carbon reporting, running site assessments and cost comparisons between retrofit options. Last quarter I delivered retrofit plans for 12 cooperative buildings, with average projected heating-cost savings of around 30 percent.
