Während meines BWL-Studiums habe ich regelmäßig Catering-Schichten bei Firmenevents und Kongressen in ganz Wien übernommen — Buffetaufbau und Service für Gruppen bis 150 Personen, zuletzt bis der Buchungskalender der Agentur über die Prüfungszeit leer wurde. Frühe Einsatzzeiten machen mir nichts aus, Grundwissen im Umgang mit Allergenen bringe ich mit. Ab dem nächsten Semester suche ich regelmäßigere Wochenendschichten.
