Fonte Emiliana S.r.l.

Fonte Emiliana S.r.l. has bottled sparkling water and soft drinks from a single site outside Bologna since 1987, still owned by the same family that founded it. Around 160 people run two bottling lines and a syrup room, filling roughly 25 million bottles and cans a year for regional distributors, supermarket private-label ranges and independent cafés across Emilia-Romagna. The plant holds BRCGS certification and draws its base water from an on-site spring, filtered and carbonated before filling. Alongside the core sparkling-water range, the syrup team develops seasonal flavoured sodas for private-label customers, and every batch is traced from spring source to pallet through the plant's own quality lab.
